Dhiyona Bridges India and the World With Authentic Ethnic Fashion

The Hyderabad-based brand is making Indian traditional wear more accessible to the global diaspora through international delivery, personalized designs, and a growing e-commerce network

A wedding outfit can carry a family memory. A saree can become part of a festival tradition. A carefully chosen ethnic ensemble can remind someone living overseas of home.

That cultural relationship with clothing is at the heart of Dhiyona, an Indian fashion brand from Hyderabad that is expanding its reach far beyond the country’s domestic market.

The brand is creating a global destination for Indian ethnic wear, serving customers across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Korea, and worldwide. Its international strategy combines India’s textile manufacturing capabilities with modern e-commerce, giving customers abroad a more convenient way to access traditional fashion.

An Indian Fashion Story With International Reach

Dhiyona’s foundation is firmly rooted in Indian ethnic fashion, but its ambitions are global.

The brand focuses on festive and traditional collections for customers who want authentic Indian clothing for weddings, festivals, family celebrations, and other special occasions.

Its customer base includes Indian-origin families living abroad, along with working professionals, young couples, and second-generation Indians seeking ways to stay connected to their cultural roots.

For these shoppers, Dhiyona offers more than an online clothing destination. It gives customers access to traditional Indian styles without requiring them to travel to India or rely entirely on local availability.

The Scale Behind Dhiyona’s Collections

A major part of the brand’s capability comes from its manufacturing ecosystem.

Dhiyona operates through more than 400 manufacturing units across key textile hubs in India, creating a substantial sourcing and production network.

The model enables collections to be sourced and produced in India before being dispatched to international customers. That connection helps retain the clothing’s Indian origin while supporting the logistics required for a worldwide customer base.

Dhiyona says it has already served more than 50,000 happy customers, providing a significant foundation for its international expansion.

Giving Ethnic Wear a Personalized Touch

Traditional fashion can be deeply personal, especially when selecting an outfit for a major celebration.

Dhiyona addresses this through customization options that let customers personalize fit, fabric, and design details.

This approach gives shoppers more flexibility to create ethnic wear that reflects their preferences, rather than being limited to standardized designs.

For weddings, festivals and family gatherings, that ability to personalize an outfit can make the shopping experience more individual and occasion-specific.

A Boutique Opportunity Without Traditional Inventory Pressure

Dhiyona’s business model extends beyond individual fashion shoppers.

Through its “Build Your Own Boutique” concept, the company is creating an avenue for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to establish their own fashion businesses without the burden of maintaining inventory.

The initiative adds an entrepreneurial dimension to Dhiyona’s international vision, potentially allowing people interested in Indian fashion to build boutique businesses around a broader supply and product ecosystem.

This approach can be particularly relevant in communities where demand for Indian ethnic wear is already strong.

How IndyanCart Supports Global Shopping

Dhiyona’s international reach is strengthened through its partnership with IndyanCart, an e-commerce platform that connects international consumers with Indian brands.

The partnership supports the digital and logistical side of cross-border commerce, including international checkout, supply chain coordination, and direct-to-door delivery.

IndyanCart also provides international customers with access to a broader selection of Indian products. Its offerings include everyday food essentials such as spices, snacks, sweets, ghee and oils, as well as skincare, hair care and Ayurvedic wellness products.

For Dhiyona, the collaboration provides a route for Indian ethnic fashion to reach customers in markets where traditional Indian clothing may not always be readily available.

International Fashion Shopping in Local Currency

Currency conversion can be a practical challenge when shopping from overseas.

Dhiyona’s international shopping model is designed to simplify that process by allowing customers to check out in their local currency.

The brand also states that worldwide orders can be delivered within 7 to 10 days, adding convenience for customers shopping from outside India.

Its listed markets include:

USA | UK | Canada | Australia | New Zealand | Japan | Singapore | Brisbane | Korea | Worldwide

This reach allows the brand to serve customers across a diverse collection of international markets while maintaining its Indian manufacturing base.

Keeping Cultural Fashion Alive Across Generations

For the Indian diaspora, traditional clothing can play an important role in passing culture from one generation to the next.

Parents may associate ethnic clothing with traditions from India, while younger family members can use fashion to participate in cultural celebrations and develop their own connection to their heritage.

Dhiyona’s international model sits at this intersection of tradition and modern life.

The brand makes Indian ethnic wear accessible through digital commerce while preserving the connection to the country’s textile and fashion ecosystem.

A Global Future for an Indian Fashion Brand

Dhiyona’s expansion illustrates how a locally rooted Indian fashion company can build an international presence without abandoning the cultural identity that defines its products.

Its manufacturing network of more than 400 units, reported customer base of over 50,000, customization services, and international delivery model all contribute to a broader strategy focused on global accessibility.

The partnership with IndyanCart further strengthens that strategy by connecting Indian products with consumers across international markets.

For Indian families living in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Korea, and other parts of the world, Dhiyona offers a convenient way to bring traditional Indian fashion into important moments.

From its Hyderabad foundation to its growing international audience, the brand is demonstrating how Indian ethnic wear can cross borders while continuing to represent heritage, celebration, and personal identity.

Asa Germann in Final Talks to Play Angel in Marvel’s X-Men

Gen V star Asa Germann is in final talks to play Angel in Marvel Studios’ upcoming X-Men movie. The project, directed by Jake Schreier, already includes Kit Connor as Cyclops, Sadie Sink as Jean Grey and Samara Weaving as Emma Frost, expanding the ensemble for Marvel’s planned mutant team introduction.

Key Takeaways

  • Asa Germann is in final talks to play Angel in Marvel Studios’ upcoming X-Men movie.
  • Jake Schreier, who directed Thunderbolts*, is attached to direct the film.
  • The cast includes Kit Connor as Cyclops, Sadie Sink as Jean Grey and Samara Weaving as Emma Frost.
  • Christopher Abbott, Inde Navarrette, Maya Boyd and Adam Driver are also attached to the project.
  • Germann is known for Gen V and recently appeared in Scream 7.

Asa Germann Enters Final Talks for Angel Role

Asa Germann is in final talks to play Angel in Marvel Studios’ upcoming X-Men movie, adding the Gen V actor to the ensemble being assembled for the mutant team’s introduction within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Germann’s potential casting would bring him into a franchise role as Warren Worthington III, the mutant better known as Angel. The character is associated with large wings and the ability to fly.

The deal has not been finalized, meaning Germann’s involvement remains subject to the completion of negotiations. If the agreement is completed, he would join a cast that already includes several actors attached to major X-Men characters.

Germann is known for playing a role in Gen V, the superhero series connected to The Boys universe. He also recently appeared in Scream 7, giving the actor credits in both superhero and horror franchises before potentially joining Marvel’s X-Men project.

The Angel role has previously been played by Ben Foster in 2006’s X-Men: The Last Stand and Ben Hardy in 2016’s X-Men: Apocalypse. Germann would therefore become the third actor to portray the character in the X-Men film series.

Jake Schreier Directs Marvel’s Upcoming X-Men Film

Jake Schreier is attached to direct the new X-Men movie. Schreier previously directed Thunderbolts* for Marvel Studios, connecting the upcoming mutant film with another Marvel project under his direction.

Lee Sung Jin and Joanna Calo are working on a new draft of the screenplay. Sung Jin is the creator and writer of Beef, while Calo is also attached to the script.

The project represents Marvel Studios’ planned introduction of the X-Men as a mutant superhero team within the MCU. The casting process has already produced several major character assignments, with Germann’s potential Angel role adding another member to the developing ensemble.

Schreier’s attachment places a director with an existing Marvel feature on a second major superhero project for the studio. His work on Thunderbolts* also involved an ensemble of Marvel characters, while the new film centers on the X-Men.

The screenplay is continuing to take shape alongside the casting process. Germann’s negotiations follow other recent casting developments involving characters central to the X-Men lineup.

X-Men Cast Expands With Established Marvel Characters

Germann would join Samara Weaving as Emma Frost, Kit Connor as Cyclops and Sadie Sink as Jean Grey. The cast also includes Christopher Abbott as Professor X, Inde Navarrette as Rogue, Maya Boyd as Storm and Adam Driver as Mister Sinister.

The collection of roles establishes several of the characters expected to appear in the film. Cyclops, Jean Grey, Storm, Rogue and Emma Frost are among the established names associated with the X-Men mythology, while Professor X serves as a central figure connected to the mutant team.

Driver’s casting as Mister Sinister adds a villain to the developing lineup. The actor had previously been linked to other possible Marvel roles before being attached to the X-Men project.

Driver also discussed his Marvel discussions at D23, saying he and Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige had been talking for years about his potential involvement with the MCU. He said the two sides had found a film and characters that suited his interest.

Navarrette’s casting also followed discussion about which X-Men character she would portray. The actor had spoken about wanting to play Mystique before her role as Rogue was revealed.

The casting developments have therefore established a number of specific characters while the film continues through its development and screenplay process. Germann’s potential addition gives the developing X-Men ensemble another character with a previous live-action film history. A separate X-Men casting development involving James Marsden has also covered the franchise’s wider connection to Marvel’s screen universe.

Angel Previously Appeared in Two X-Men Films

Angel has already appeared in two previous X-Men movies, with Ben Foster portraying the character in X-Men: The Last Stand and Ben Hardy taking the role in X-Men: Apocalypse.

The character is Warren Worthington III, a mutant known as Angel because of his wings and ability to fly. The new film is being developed separately as Marvel Studios’ MCU introduction for the X-Men team.

Its cast combines characters such as Cyclops, Jean Grey, Storm and Rogue with other mutant figures including Emma Frost and Mister Sinister. The project therefore includes both familiar X-Men characters and characters with previous connections to the franchise.

Germann’s potential casting would introduce another interpretation of Angel for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The actor’s recent franchise work includes Gen V and Scream 7.

The X-Men project is part of a wider slate of Marvel-related entertainment featuring characters from the comics. A separate Marvel Wolverine gameplay reveal recently provided a new look at another prominent X-Men character, Wolverine, in a video game setting.

Asa Germann Continues Major Franchise Roles

Germann’s potential move into the X-Men franchise follows his work in Gen V and Scream 7. His role in Gen V established a connection to a superhero television property, while Scream 7 added another major franchise credit to his recent work.

The prospective Angel role would place Germann alongside actors taking on several established X-Men characters. Kit Connor is attached as Cyclops, Sadie Sink as Jean Grey and Samara Weaving as Emma Frost.

Christopher Abbott is attached as Professor X, while Inde Navarrette is set to play Rogue and Maya Boyd is attached as Storm. Adam Driver is playing Mister Sinister.

The director and writing team are also established. Schreier is attached to direct, with Lee Sung Jin and Joanna Calo working on a new screenplay draft.

Germann’s Angel would add another character with a previous live-action film history to the project. Ben Foster and Ben Hardy previously played the role, making the potential casting part of a new MCU interpretation of the character.

The project is continuing to assemble its cast while the screenplay work proceeds. Germann remains in final talks rather than officially confirmed in the role, but his potential addition would give the developing X-Men ensemble another established mutant character.

Germann’s Previous Superhero Role in Gen V

Germann is known for Gen V, where he appeared in the superhero series before taking on the potential Marvel role. He also recently appeared in Scream 7, adding a second major franchise credit to his recent film and television work.

His possible casting as Angel would place him in a different superhero universe from Gen V. The role would also give him a place in Marvel Studios’ planned X-Men ensemble.

Angel’s Earlier X-Men Film Appearances

Angel previously appeared in X-Men: The Last Stand, where Ben Foster played the character, and X-Men: Apocalypse, where Ben Hardy portrayed him.

The character is Warren Worthington III, a mutant with wings and the ability to fly. Germann is in final talks to take over the role for Marvel Studios’ upcoming X-Men film.

Rising Star Explores a Teen Singer’s Search for Her Own Voice

By: Matthew McFilt

The setup of Rising Star is one of those premises that contains more potential than its summary immediately suggests, and Michele Kwasniewski draws on every bit of that potential with the skill of a writer who has spent fifteen-plus years inside the world she is describing. The former boy band member turned voice and dance coach who offers Dani his guardianship, the producer with his complicated track record who hears her first performance and offers her a contract that changes everything, the overbearing mother who has shaped Dani’s ambitions from the outside for as long as Dani can remember, all of these characters are built with a specificity and a moral complexity that transforms them from character types into actual people with their own histories and their own interests and their own relationships to the industry that surrounds them all.

Kwasniewski’s Producers Guild experience and her years working on film and television sets give her the industry knowledge to render the music world Dani enters with authentic detail, but what makes the novel genuinely compelling rather than simply accurate is the way that detail is always in service of character rather than itself. The contract that Redman offers is interesting not because of its specific terms but because of what it reveals about how this world values Dani’s talent and what it intends to do with that value. Her coach Martin’s guardianship is interesting not as a legal arrangement but as a relationship whose terms Dani is still learning to read and whose moral dimensions are genuinely uncertain throughout. Her growing awareness of what she may have agreed to is rendered not as a discovery of plot mechanics but as the emotional and psychological education of a fifteen-year-old who is in the process of learning to navigate an adult world that has claims on her she did not fully understand when she entered it.

The personal relationships that give the story its emotional grounding, the romance with Sean, the complicated family dynamics, including the father who she wishes would stand up to her mother, the friendships that pre-date the career, and the sister who gives her a connection outside of the professional world, are all treated with the same care and specificity that the industry material receives. Kwasniewski understands that these are not secondary elements to be sketched quickly and moved past. They are the actual substance of Dani’s life, the thing the career is asking her to reorganize around its own demands, and the value of what is being asked of her only registers clearly for the reader if those relationships have been made real and specific first.

The first-person narration throughout the novel is calibrated precisely to a fifteen-year-old’s sensibility, intelligent and perceptive and still in the process of developing the experience that would allow her to read every adult situation she finds herself inside with the clarity she will eventually need. That authenticity of voice is what holds everything together and what makes the reader’s investment in Dani’s ongoing story feel earned.

If you want a YA novel about the music industry that earns its authenticity and builds its characters with the kind of specificity and moral complexity that the best fiction always produces, Rising Star by Michele Kwasniewski is exactly the book you have been looking for. Dan Rico Keeps Dreaming Big on ‘Beautiful Dreamer’ Ahead of ‘Bull Moon’

Dan Rico is continuing to build towards his upcoming album Bull Moon, and his latest single “Beautiful Dreamer” brings a lighter, more optimistic energy into the mix.

Built around Rico’s indie rock and pop sound, “Beautiful Dreamer” doesn’t feel like a song that needs to be overanalyzed. Instead, its simple, uplifting lyrics create an immediate feeling of possibility. The repeated idea that “we can do anything” sits at the heart of the track, giving it a carefree quality that is easy to get swept up in.

It follows the recent singles “Bigger Place” and “Masterpiece,” which have gradually introduced listeners to Bull Moon. While “Masterpiece” looked at the repetitive cycle of working, waiting for the weekend and trying to stay present as life moves increasingly quickly, “Beautiful Dreamer” feels like a chance to escape some of that pressure.

That contrast is also beginning to show the range listeners can expect from the album. Rico has never stayed too firmly within one sound, with his music moving through rock, indie, pop and electronic influences throughout his career. His latest releases continue that freedom while sharing an underlying interest in navigating modern life and finding moments worth holding onto.

With “Bigger Place,” “Masterpiece,” and now “Beautiful Dreamer” out in the world, the picture surrounding Bull Moon is becoming a little clearer.

“Beautiful Dreamer” keeps things simple, colorful and hopeful. Sometimes the idea that anything could happen is enough, and Dan Rico seems more than happy to enjoy that feeling.

The song’s optimistic approach provides another side of Rico’s upcoming album. Where some of his recent material has focused more directly on the routines and pressures of everyday life, “Beautiful Dreamer” allows him to step away from those ideas and embrace something more carefree.

At the center is the belief that “we can do anything.” It is a straightforward idea, but that simplicity is part of what makes the track work. Rather than turning the concept into something complicated, Rico lets the feeling speak for itself.

The result is a song that feels easy to connect with. Its uplifting lyrics and indie rock and pop foundation create an atmosphere built around possibility, giving listeners a moment to imagine what might happen when there are no limitations standing in the way.

That sense of freedom has been present throughout Rico’s career. His music has moved between rock, indie, pop and electronic influences, allowing him to approach each release without being restricted to one particular style. Bull Moon appears to continue that tradition, bringing together different sounds while maintaining a common interest in the experience of modern life.

“Bigger Place” and “Masterpiece” have already helped establish that direction. “Bigger Place” introduced another part of Rico’s latest chapter, while “Masterpiece” explored the familiar cycle of work, waiting for the weekend and trying to remain present as time continues to move.

“Beautiful Dreamer” provides a different perspective. Instead of focusing on the pressure of that cycle, it offers an opportunity to step outside it, even if only for the duration of a song.

That makes the three singles an interesting introduction to Bull Moon. Together, they suggest an album capable of moving between reflection and optimism without losing Rico’s underlying identity.

There is also something fitting about “Beautiful Dreamer” arriving ahead of the album. As listeners continue to wait for Bull Moon, the song adds another piece to the larger picture, showing that the record will not be limited to one mood or one way of looking at life.

Brady Is Turning Life’s Complicated Relationships Into Alt-Pop With “The Night Before the Fire of Malibu”

Some of the most relatable songs start with stories that are incredibly specific. For Brady, those personal details have increasingly become the foundation of a catalog exploring love, familiarity, heartbreak, and all the decisions we make when emotions get in the way of what we know is probably best.

The Boston-area artist blends polished pop with the emotional edge of ’90s alternative rock, drawing influence from artists including Alanis Morissette and Lana Del Rey. Rather than smoothing out the messier parts of relationships, Brady tends to write directly from them.

“The Night Before the Fire of Malibu” might be one of the clearest examples yet. The song looks back at a relationship caught in a repetitive cycle of arguments, separation, and returning to one another. Neither person seems capable of completely walking away, creating that frustrating space where someone can simultaneously feel at home and be the source of so much hurt.

Its title comes from an unusually vivid memory. After Brady and her then-partner spent an evening in Malibu, they returned home and got into another argument. Fires began the following day, eventually destroying the home of someone they had met and one of their favorite local spots.

There’s anger here, but also accountability. Brady recognizes that she also continued returning to the relationship, giving the song a more complex perspective than simply blaming the other person.

That emotional honesty is becoming an important part of Brady’s identity. Her songs understand that relationships rarely fit into simple categories of good or bad, and sometimes knowing something isn’t right doesn’t make leaving any easier.

With each release, Brady is becoming increasingly comfortable living inside those grey areas, and that may be exactly where her most interesting stories are found.

The specificity of Brady’s songwriting gives her music a strong sense of realism. Instead of relying on broad descriptions of heartbreak, she draws from moments that feel tangible and personal, allowing listeners to recognize the emotional patterns even when the details belong specifically to her own experiences.

That approach works naturally alongside her musical influences. The polished qualities of pop give her songs an accessible foundation, while the emotional edge of ’90s alternative rock adds weight to the stories she is telling. Artists such as Alanis Morissette and Lana Del Rey provide useful reference points for the balance between melody, atmosphere and emotional honesty that appears throughout Brady’s work.

“The Night Before the Fire of Malibu” takes that balance into particularly complicated territory. The relationship at the center of the song is not defined by a single dramatic ending. Instead, it exists through a cycle of arguments, separation and reconciliation, creating the kind of emotional repetition that can be difficult to escape even when both people recognize the problems.

That contradiction is what gives the song much of its emotional tension. Someone can feel familiar, comforting and even like home while simultaneously causing pain. The two ideas do not necessarily cancel each other out, and Brady allows them to exist together.

The story behind the title adds another layer to that tension. An evening spent in Malibu with her then-partner was followed by another argument after they returned home. The fires that began the following day eventually destroyed the home of someone they had met as well as one of their favorite local spots, turning an already emotionally significant memory into something even more vivid.

Rather than using that experience simply to assign blame, Brady looks at her own role in the relationship. She acknowledges that she also continued returning, even after the arguments and separation. That accountability makes the song feel more nuanced and avoids reducing the story to a straightforward portrait of one person being responsible for everything that went wrong.

That willingness to acknowledge complicated emotions has become increasingly important to Brady’s songwriting.

Her songs recognize that relationships can be difficult to categorize. A relationship can contain genuine affection and serious problems at the same time. Someone can know that a situation is unhealthy and still struggle to leave it behind. Understanding that contradiction gives Brady’s writing a quality that can resonate with listeners who have experienced similar emotional uncertainty.

There is also a sense of growth in that perspective. Rather than pretending every difficult experience can be neatly resolved, Brady seems increasingly comfortable examining what happens in the space between knowing and doing.

That space is where much of the emotional weight of “The Night Before the Fire of Malibu” comes from. The song is not simply about a relationship ending or surviving. It is about the complicated process of recognizing patterns, returning to them, and eventually understanding what those choices reveal.

With each release, Brady is becoming increasingly comfortable living inside those grey areas, and that may be exactly where her most interesting stories are found.
