The nightmare will not begin for MCU fans, for they will see another much-awaited sequel of a good film from the franchise.

“Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” released a new trailer During the Super Bowl on Sunday, offering us a brief perspective before its official release on May 6. It follows Benedict Cumberbatch’s sorcerer character and his new friends navigating the multiverse, giving us an abundance of cameos.

One of those cameos is revealed in the 1:18 clip of the trailer. A familiar voice says a line, and it certainly belongs to Charles Xavier, widely known as Professor X, from the X-Men series, portrayed by Patrick Stewart.

“We should tell him the truth,” states Xavier, indicating a bold revelation.

The mutant with psychic superpowers and his colleague have not appeared in the MCU, even with WandaVision teasing us with one, so this could be a key reintroduction.

Wanda Maximoff, aka Scarlet Witch (played by Elizabeth Olsen), was seen fighting with someone who could end up being Captain Marvel. However, it’s possible that we’ll see Monica Rambeau, daughter of the late Maria Rambeau, best friend to Captain Marvel, show off her power in this scene.

The story jumps between parallel dimensions as it trails the reality-warping occurrences of “Loki” and “Spider Man: No Way Home.” In the latest movie, we see Stephen Strange meddling with universal fabric to aid Peter Parker.

Strange searches for help from Wanda, who has been living in inclusion after she meddled with the minds of a whole town in WandaVision. However, in this trailer, Wanda appears to be quite resentful and seems likely to play a villain role.

This escapade to different dimensions will bring in America Chavez (played by Xochitl Gomez), who has a comic counterpart that can open holes of reality and go across the multiverse.
