Elton walked four runway shows during Seoul Fashion Week, including the MMAM runway show on March 15, the Seokwoon Yon runway show on March 16, the Greedilous show on March 17, and the Maison Nica show on March 19.

Greedilous, a Korean brand known for its futuristic and geometric designs, has been making waves in the fashion industry for years. They have also built a successful career over the past decades as the founder and director of The HeadHunter Group, which has offices in 15 countries globally.

They made history as the first publicly gay man in Albania who made headlines when they came out of the closet to the media in 2006. As an activist, they spearheaded two transgender acceptance campaigns, the “Lipstick Movement” and the “Nobody is Straight” movement for LGBTQIIA+ inclusivity.

As a genderless model, Elton has walked for internationally-acclaimed fashion brands like a scene-stealing protest at Art Basel Miami Beach and BESFXXK, a Seoul fashion brand, and most recently, for Seoul Fashion Week 2023.
